Returns/Exchanges

Have you received your order but are not satisfied with one or more items or is the size not right? Then you can of course exchange or return your purchases.

The following rules apply:

–          You have fourteen days after receiving your order to return or exchange it.

–          The items must not be worn, used, or damaged.

–          The packaging must be intact.

If you choose to return, we will refund the full purchase amount within two weeks. You will receive the refund via our payment provider Sisow.
